The F5 NGINXaaS team, in collaboration with our Microsoft partner, have resolve the issue that was preventing the creation and updates of NGINXaaS deployments in the affected regions.

We are currently experiencing issues with the NGINXaaS for Azure service related to the provisioning of VMSS instances through our evergreen process. This is impacting the ability of deployments to scale and will prevent the creation of new deployments or the enabling/disabling of certain features, such as NGINX App Protect. NGINX configuration changes and customer traffic are not affected by this issue.
