We have implemented a fix for the service issues that affected completed events in our voice platform. A small portion of our customers may have experienced some missing completed events for their calls between 03-07-2024 11:59 UTC and 05-07-2024 09:18 UTC.
We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
