Starting at 15:29 UTC, our monitoring tools alerted us to intermittent Voice API call failures happening in the US region. We have implemented a fix for the affected US endpoints and as of 16:35 UTC no further customer impact is expected. The list of services impacted between 15:29 UTC and 16:35 UTC have been confirmed as: Programmable SIP Voice API TTS Voice SDK Websockets We will continue to monitor the service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
