AWS appears to be operating normally again. Vowel features and performance are now working as expected.
We are continuing to monitor the AWS Outage. So far, it seems that most features within Vowel are behaving as expected. However, we have discovered sporadic issues playing back recorded meetings and clips.
There have been a number of reports regarding outages and performance issues on AWS (our Cloud Infrastructure Provider). We are investigating this as a top priority and will continue to post updates as we learn more. In the meantime, please note that some features within the Vowel platform may be impacted. We expect this to be temporary and will post new updates as we learn more.
