Microsoft Exchange Online experienced intermittent email delivery issues caused by an incorrectly triggered anti-spam throttling rule, lasting approximately 66 hours. Voyado customers saw elevated "Unknown" statuses for email sendouts in Engage, and support ticket responses were also affected by the delivery failures. Microsoft resolved the issue and confirmed delivery returned to normal levels, with queued messages subsequently processed.

At the moment, there are intermittent issues with email deliveries at Microsofts Exchange Online services. This means that you may see more emails in status "Unknown" for your sendouts than you normally do in Engage. This is a know issue at Microsoft and they are looking into this.
