Webex Hybrid Services: Some users are unable to schedule meetings in Microsoft Outlook 365

Engineering has identified an issue where users are unable to schedule meetings in Microsoft Outlook 365 when utilizing the Webex Scheduler Add-in. Additionally, users are unable to download the Webex Scheduler Add-in. As a workaround, users can schedule meetings via the Webex website or the Webex App.
