Engineering is investigating an issue impacting the Webex for BroadWorks User Access Portal. Webex for BroadWorks users are experiencing login failures when attempting to access the User Access Portal or Webex Control Hub. As a result they will not be able to perform any provisioning or device and user management tasks. There is no impact to the core calling features and functionality. We are working towards restoring service and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Engineering is investigating an issue impacting the Webex for BroadWorks User Access Portal. Webex for BroadWorks users are experiencing login failures when attempting to access the User Access Portal or Webex Control Hub.
