Engineering has identified the issue, and a new version of the mobile iOS Webex App has been submitted to the Apple App Store. Once Apple approves the new version, it will be available for download. In the meantime, customers can use a language other than the four affected languages on their iOS device, a desktop Webex App, or Webex Devices as a temporary workaround. We will provide the next when new information becomes available.
