The incident lasted 62.4 hours, during which all recordings created were impacted and unavailable until service restoration. Engineering resolved the issue through mitigation activities, with the EU region being the last to be restored.

Engineering is investigating an issue causing NBR Consolidation delay. Network Based Recordings will be delayed post 24 hours of recordings are being created. Recordings playback/download may be available post service restoration. Meetings recorded between the impacted duration and new recordings are also impacted. Webex Meetings recordings are impacted globally however Webex Calling recordings are impacting only recordings in EU region.
