This incident is now resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused. We will be reviewing our deployment pipeline to identify the root cause and prevent this happening again.

We've identified the issue as fault with an ongoing deployment. We've implemented a fix for this. The web portal should now be operational. We'll continue to monitor the situation.
