The issue with our payment processor has now been resolved.
We have identified the cause affecting card payments on the Runa Platform.
This is due to the payment processor facing intermittent issues. Unfortunately, there is nothing Runa can do to solve this, as it is not related to our platform or systems.
We have reached out to them and are awaiting a response on when we can expect a resolution.
