Temporary Access Issues with some links on spend.runa.io - Workarounds Available

We believe that all original payout links should now work. We have worked with the security vendors and removed the incorrect classification. We will continue to monitor.

We've received reports that spend.runa.io has been incorrectly flagged as malicious by some security systems. This is a false positive - our site remains secure and legitimate, but some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and security tools are incorrectly blocking access to it. This type of misclassification can happen to any legitimate website and does not reflect any actual security concerns with our platform.

## **Immediate Workarounds Available**

**1. Switch Networks**

Toggle between your mobile data and WiFi, as the blocking may only affect one network type.

**2. Use Alternative URLs**

Replace the original URL with one of these alternatives (Make sure to retain the hyphen when you replace):

- Replace **`spend.runa.io/-/{token}`** with **`payout.runa.io/-/{token}`**
- Replace **`spend.runa.io/-/{token}`** with **`spend.mypayout.io/-/{token}`**

We are actively working with our infrastructure providers and security vendors to resolve this false flagging issue.
