At Approx 7:40 AM UTC, the Runa ordering platform (customer ordering + fulfilments) went down, because of an issue with a database transaction. Orders between 7:40 AM UTC - 8:10 AM UTC may have failed. Retrying these orders should work. We are investigating the issue now and will post more updates shortly.
The system is back to stable operations now. We apologize for any inconvenience
