This incident has been resolved.

Remediation work is complete and user access to identity.welocalize.com is restored. We'll continue monitoring for further issues.

Remediation efforts are still underway. Users outside of welocalize.com may receive emails to reset their passwords, which is an expected part of the recovery process.

We've identified the cause of the event and are working on remediation. We've also engaged the vendor for additional support.

We are investigating an incident that is blocking new logins to Welocalize Okta apps. This impacts any app accessible via the identity.welocalize.com Okta tenant.
