This incident has been resolved.

We have resolved the issues with Westpac One and most customers’ account positions should now be showing correctly. However, if your positions are still showing incorrectly, please call us on 0800 400 600. Thank you for your patience as we work through a higher than usual volume of calls, and apologies again for any impacts this has had on your banking.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

UPDATE 3.15PM: Westpac One transaction histories continue to be remedied over the day as payment and transaction files are processed. We’re expecting all issues to be resolved and positions completely correct by tomorrow morning.

UPDATE 12.20PM: Access to Westpac One has been restored and the team continues to work through residual impacts from this morning’s outage including clearing held payments and working to rectify timelines. We sincerely apologise for the disruption.

As we work to resolve this issue, we are aware of intermittent access to Westpac One and issues with some payments missing or showing incorrectly in Westpac One, as well as a small number of ATMs offline. We're very sorry for any impacts this is causing to your banking. Please be assured we're working as hard as we can to fix this issue.
