WeTransfer.com is currently experiencing downtime to our download servers.

A fix has been implemented and we will continue to monitor the situation. Services and features are resumed as operational.

We are continuing to work on investigating and fixing this ongoing issue with our download servers based in the EU. We have received reports that this incident has also affected performance to our Portals feature, transfer downloads with a delay of about 30~ minutes, email delivery delays for download confirmations, Transfer Mobile app delays and general degraded performance.

Functionality is stable but slow, expect delays. We thank you for your patience!

The issue has been identified and a fix is underway with no specified ETA. Some of our users may be able to download their files again but with a delayed performance. We are currently investigating an issue with our download servers resulting in incomplete or failed downloads for some of our users. This downtime may also affect other features of the service such as successful delivery of transfers, email delivery, sign up and Portals.
