The issues with mail delivery have been identified and a fix is in place. If you were affected by this problem your mail should now be operating as expected.
If you just got your email address/account, or have recently made changes to your mail routing, you may experience a delay of up to two hours to see the changes take effect.
Beginning after midnight on 2/7/26, changes to Wharton email delivery configurations did not take effect. New accounts, changes to email routing for Penn O365 or Wharton Google email routing, and creating new mailing lists were affected.
The University is in active communication with the Vendor providing this service. We will provide updates here as new information becomes available or a resolution is implemented.
