We observed a brief interruption if your service, but it has since restored. We continue to await your response.
The WiscNet NOC acknowledges your report of an ongoing outage impacting your site.
After a detailed investigation, the NOC has confirmed that our equipment on site is up without issue at this time. Equipment on site can reach, and be reached by, our backbone equipment on the network, and can ping out to non-network addresses without issue.
Additionally, we are seeing MAC addresses being learned on the member handoff port.
At this time, the NOC sees no issues with our equipment or network.
Please verify if this outage remains ongoing, and if so please advise what steps have been taken at the location to restore services.
