We have detected an issue with one of the circuits to Holmen SD which may be impacting the network connectivity to the site. A case has been opened with TEACH who has confirmed a higher level outage impacting the circuit. They have engaged their LEC for additional troubleshooting and repair but there are no outage details or ETR available at this time.
