The NOC observed an outage for the Wisconsin Dells School District. The customer has verified there is a power outage at this time that may last over 6 hours. We will hold the ticket until that time. If the alarms are still active we will call out to the customer contact for an update.

The NOC has seen alarms associated with this event clear since 07/23/2025 18:17:19 CDT.
The NOC has confirmed that the device is up/reachable without issue at this time, and that the connection to our upstream backbone device is re-established.
This case will be held for a further 24 hours pending closure to monitor for stability.
