Beginning just after 12pm, the WiscNet NOC observed heavy packet loss on the following sites. We are actively troubleshooting this with the Last Mile Provider. We will provide additional updates as they become available.

Closing this case as we have not seen any packet loss issues since January 3rd.

We stopped seeing packet loss for all sites on January 3rd. At this time the AT&T has not acknowledged any changes or that they ever saw the packet loss on their side. We will continue to monitor and press for more details.
