Hello,

The WiscNet NOC received a Kevin called in to report he rebooted a DNS server onsite and this resorted service at 9:38 AM CST.

Kevin had a DNS question about the IP 205.213.254.254. We see this resolves to rdns1.wiscnet.net.

Hello,

The WiscNet Noc received a call from Kevin, a tech onsite, who rebooted our Cisco device but did not see service restore.

We have reached out to our local provider to verify what they are seeing onsite and are waiting to hear back from them. They report a tech will dispatch to work with Kevin for further investigation. They report a tech will be onsite within the hour. We will continue to follow up to verify an ETA.

Please have Kevin reach out for further troubleshooting. He reports port 2 is up and green and port 3 is yellow. Port 3 faces you firewall.

The local provider reports they would like power confirmation and layer 1 troubleshooting like rebooting the device onsite.
