Starting at 4:41 am we observed a loss of connection to our onsite equipment.
At this time we are requesting onsite power and equipment verification.
Due to a policy change on GLS's side we are unable to open a ticket on your behalf. They can be contacted at 1.866.558.1920 and your site ID is 1304. You can open a ticket with them or give us consent to open a ticket on your behalf.
