Hello,
We called and left a message with the administration office of the Benton School.
GLS reports their site device went down during an OS upgrade, and requested their Juniper onsite to be rebooted to restore management and the circuit.
Please reach out to Wiscnet or GLS when able to work on rebooting the GLS Juniper onsite.
