Error when updating Broad Context Detection Status in Elements Security Center

This incident has been resolved.

A corrective fix has been deployed. We are actively monitoring the results to confirm that the issue has been fully resolved and that services remain stable.

At this time, the issue does not appear to affect all status update attempts consistently. Our investigation indicates that the issue is related to periods of increased system load and appears to occur more frequently during certain peak usage hours.

Our teams remain actively engaged in the investigation, and we will share further updates as soon as we have more information to provide.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Elements Security Center and Broad Context Detections.

Customers may encounter an error when attempting to change the status of a Broad Context Detection under: Events → Broad Context Detections
