The issue affecting the visibility of Security Events has been successfully resolved, and historical event data is now visible as expected.

We have identified the root cause of the issue affecting the visibility of Security Events in the Elements Portal and have deployed a fix to production.

The issue impacted customers and partners across both the APAC and EU regions. While the fix has been implemented, Security Events are currently being reprocessed and synchronized. As a result, some delays in event visibility may continue until processing has fully completed.
