NPR's Google and Alexa commands not functioning

The NPR Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice commands are currently not delivering station live streams. NPR's internal teams are triaging the root cause and hope to know more soon. There is currently no ETA on a fix, but they will provide an update in this announcement later this afternoon. This should not be affecting stream delivery on Apple voice experiences. TuneIn and iHeartRadio experiences should still work on Google Assistant and Alexa devices during this outage. Also, the WJCT radio skills on Alexa are not affected by this issue.
