Several AI-powered features in WorkRamp stopped functioning, affecting both the Internal Application and Academies (External Application) over approximately 47.5 hours. The impacted features included Create Guide via AI, AI Challenge Grading, and AI Text Question Grading, with the latter affecting both internal and external users. A fix was deployed on September 1st, followed by a data fix for missed AI Text Question Grading entries, fully resolving the incident on September 2nd.
Some AI-powered features are not currently working. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working on an update.

The data fix for the AI Text Question Grading issue has now been released, so this issue has now been fully resolved.

A fix has been implemented, and we are monitoring the results.
All of the following AI features should be working again:
-Create Guide via AI
-AI Challenge Grading
-AI Text Question Grading
Our team is working on a data fix for any grading that was missed for the AI Text Question Grading issue. For challenges, those are set up to unassign the AI grader and assign real users after being unable to grade, so those can be manually graded. If you need the AI Challenge grader instead for any missed on August 31, please reach out to workramp.support@learningpool.com

Our backend team found the issue and is working on an update to fix it. Once confirmed, our team will be able to do a data fix for the AI Text Question grading & AI Challenge grading that are currently stuck. You are free to manually grade those if you'd like in the interim.
We will update here again once the update is released and then again when the data fix has been completed.
