Workvivo experienced an 11.4-hour service disruption affecting all UAE region services (.me domain) due to an AWS UAE (me-central-1) outage, impacting web applications, mobile apps, login, email delivery, search, notifications, and other core services. EU and US regions remained fully operational throughout the incident. The issue was resolved after AWS completed remediation efforts, with a failover option to the EU1 region offered to UAE customers as a temporary workaround during the outage.

We are continuing to monitor the situation closely while working with AWS UAE toward full remediation. As a contingency, a failover option to the EU1 region is in place for UAE-hosted customers if required. Customers who wish to proceed with failover can coordinate with their CSM.
