Equifax Activation Delays - Undisclosed DebtX

This incident has been resolved.

Equifax has implemented changes to address the issue affecting Undisclosed DebtX order activation and alert delivery. Impacted orders are being progressively activated, and previously queued alerts are expected to be delivered as activation processing completes.

We are actively monitoring the restoration efforts and continued alert processing. At this time, no customer action is required. We will monitor throughout the weekend and validate success on Monday, October 5, 2026.

We continue to investigate the issue with Equifax and are actively working toward a resolution. A potential fix has been identified and is currently being developed. We will continue monitoring progress and provide additional updates as they become available.

Activations for Undisclosed DebtX requests to Equifax are experiencing delays. We are actively investigating the issue with Equifax.
