Dear Customers, We have detected issues with our services, which will be resulting in degraded performance. - Merchants will be able to initiate transactions but will receive a SERVER_ERROR with an HTTP 502 response on a per cent of requests We are currently investigating this issue closely and will keep this page updated as we learn more and restore this service. In the meantime, we recommend that you take the following actions to mitigate disruptions to your end users during this incident: - Retry transactions for which a 502 error is received. We have detected issues with our services, which will be resulting in degraded performance.
