Outage Details

Dear Customers, We are currently experiencing intermittent timeouts on QRIS for creation of charge requests. Impact : Merchants will be able to initiate transactions, but will receive a CHANNEL_UNAVAILABLE/SERVER_ERROR error with a HTTP 503/500 response on a percent of requests. Impacted products: QRIS First triggered at: 2023-04-08 14:00:43+07:00 Percentage of errors: 10% Reason: DANA is returning errors We have raised it with DANA and are closely following up. Please refrain from using QRIS in the meantime. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently experiencing intermittent timeouts on QRIS for creation of charge requests.

Impact :
Merchants will be able to initiate transactions, but will receive a CHANNEL_UNAVAILABLE/SERVER_ERROR error with a HTTP 503/500 response on a percent of requests.
Impacted products: QRIS
First triggered at: 2023-04-08 14:00:43+07:00
Percentage of errors: 10%
Reason: DANA is returning errors

We have raised it with DANA and are closely following up.
Please refrain from using QRIS in the meantime.
