Outage Details

Dear Customers, We identified a disruption to disbursements to BNI accounts. Several disbursements created between 4.03pm WIB to 4.27pm WIB was interrupted. We have escalated the issue to our partner and the service was resumed. Currently monitoring the services. We observed that: - Disbursements to BNI accounts with amounts from IDR 5,000 to IDR 250 million are not affected - Disbursements to BNI accounts with amount less than IDR 5,000 or more than IDR 250 million will be kept pending in our system until the issue is resolved All other disbursements are not affected. Dear Customers,

We identified a disruption to disbursements to BNI accounts. Several disbursements created between 4.03pm WIB to 4.27pm WIB was interrupted. We have escalated the issue to our partner and the service was resumed. Currently monitoring the services.

We observed that:
- Disbursements to BNI accounts with amounts from IDR 5,000 to IDR 250 million are not affected
- Disbursements to BNI accounts with amount less than IDR 5,000 or more than IDR 250 million will be kept pending in our system until the issue is resolved

All other disbursements are not affected.
