Dear Customer, We have detected issues in the following services: Virtual Account - Partial outage in creating payment and completing payment. - You may receive 5xx error response from Virtual Account Payment creation requests. - You may experience delay in receiving completed payment callback We are currently in the process of investigating and will keep this page updated as we learn more and restore these services. In the meantime, we recommend that you take the following actions to mitigate disruptions to your end users during this incident: - Reroute payment to different channels if possible.
