Delayed Processing in PH Disbursements, Remittances and Withdrawals

This incident has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented by our partner and payouts can be processed as usual. We are monitoring the situation before closing the incident

Our partner has acknowledged the issue and are working on the fix

Dear Customers,

Our systems have detected delayed remittances processing due to an issue with our partner. While we investigate, we expect the following impact:

- All disbursements and withdrawals will have delays in processing
- All regional remittance payouts to PH banks and ewallets will be stuck in pending

We will continue to monitor and keep you updated as we work with the partner to investigate the issue.
