Dear Customers, Our systems have detected delayed payouts and remittances processing due to an issue with our partner. Issues are happening for direct debit payments as well. While we investigate, we expect the following impact: - All disbursements and withdrawals will have delays in processing - All regional remittance payouts to PH banks and ewallets will be stuck in pending Issues are happening since 2:48am GMT+8.
