Delayed Generation of Scheduled Reports

Dear Valued Merchants, We are currently experiencing a delay in the generation and delivery of all scheduled reports for today, September 14, 2025. This was caused by an earlier network issue with one of our infrastructure partners, which prevented our data processing pipelines from starting at their scheduled time. The underlying network issue has since been resolved, and our report generation pipeline began reprocessing at approximately 11:00 AM GMT+7. We are actively monitoring the system to ensure all reports are generated and delivered successfully. You can expect to receive your reports later than usual today.
