We are currently seeing delays and intermittent failures in processing Payouts, Disbursements to the following IDR destinations due to system issues with our partner.
PERMATA: 1-4999, above 250000001
DANA, OVO, SHOPEEPAY, GOPAY: All amounts
Merchants would see errors such as TEMPORARY_TRANSFER_ERROR.
These failed disbursements are safe to retry after the incident has been resolved.
