Dear Valued Customers, We are currently seeing a decrease in successful payment traffic due to a service outage affecting the external infrastructure of several bank partners we integrate with. The incident has been identified as originating from a widespread service disruption involving a major content delivery network (Cloudflare). You may observe failing or delayed callbacks for payment completions across various channels. This issue is primarily impacting our bank partners' connectivity and processing capabilities. Please be assured that Xendit's core infrastructure remains up and available to be called. Our internal backup mechanisms for WAF/DNS are functioning as designed.
