We are currently experiencing issues verifying new beneficiaries for Verification of Payee. This is related to an issue with EDS, and we are actively working with them to resolve this. Please contact our support team who can apply a workaround to resolve this in the meantime. Payees that have already been verified are not impacted by this issue.
