Incident Report

At this time, Outlook-based users are experiencing issues with their Yesware Add-in failing to load its sidebar and perform other normal functions. These issues come as the result of Microsoft outages for Azure and O365 services, which impact Add-ins including but not limited to Yesware. Our engineers are reviewing backend systems to ensure everything is as needed for the sidebar to load correctly once Microsoft has corrected for the reported outages on their end.

RESOLVED 4 days ago - at 10/29/2025 08:38PM

Microsoft Outlook users should now be able to successfully access and use the Yesware Add-in without any impact to expected functionality. We can now confirm that Microsoft's latest fix in response to the Azure and O365 outages has restored the Yesware Add-in to users' inboxes. Users should close out of Outlook completely, whether it be the desktop or web-based version, in order for this fix to fully take effect.

As the deployment progresses, Yesware users may begin to witness their sidebar functioning as expected. We will update all impacted users once we fully believe there should be no further issues accessing the Yesware Add-in within Outlook altogether.
