Some merchants are currently unable to complete identity verification during onboarding or re-verification on the Yoco App, due to an issue with one of our service providers. Card machine and online payment transactions are processing normally. We've identified the issue and are working to restore full service as quickly as possible.

A fix has been implemented by one of our service providers, and identity verification during onboarding and re-verification on the Yoco App has been restored. Merchants can now complete verification as normal. We apologise for the inconvenience.
