Contact Sales forms is down

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Our third-party form provider has temporarily raised our API limit, and Contact Sales, webinar/event registration, ZapConnect registration, and AI Leaders Lab forms are displaying and submitting successfully again.

Signing in, creating Zaps, and running existing Zaps were not affected at any point during this incident.

We are continuing to monitor form submissions and traffic levels to confirm the fix holds.

We have identified the issue causing our Contact Sales, event registration, and webinar registration forms to fail. A third-party form provider we use across our marketing site has hit a daily API limit, which is preventing new form submissions from going through.

Impact is limited to marketing-site forms — signing in, creating Zaps, and running existing Zaps are not affected.

We are working with the provider to restore submissions as quickly as possible.
