Zoom Team Chat App connection failure

We're continuing to work closely with the team at Zoom to resolve the authentication failures affecting Zoom Team Chat connections. Service has not yet been restored. We’ll share another update as soon as we have more information.

Zoom Team Chat connections continue to experience authentication failures, preventing new connections and causing Zaps using existing connections to fail or be held. We have confirmed that other Zoom integrations are unaffected. We have escalated the issue to Zoom support and the integration’s maintainers and are awaiting their response. Service has not yet been restored.

Customers using the Zoom Team Chat integration are experiencing authentication errors that prevent their app connections from working. We are investigating these failures and have contacted Zoom support and the integration’s maintainers to help resolve the issue.
