Third-Party Disruption: One Vision Imaging (OVI) Order Fulfillment

OVI has fully recovered from the issue affecting order processing. We are continuing to work with OVI to ensure any outstanding orders impacted by this incident are processed successfully.

UPDATE: Please note that Zenfolio systems remain fully operational, and the current order fulfillment disruption is isolated to third-party fulfillment at OVI.

To mitigate these delays for your clients, we have developed a new fulfillment solution that allows us to process and resume fulfillment for affected orders through alternative channels.

We appreciate your patience as we await official next steps and further information from our partner regarding this disruption to order fulfillment via OVI.  While we do not yet have an estimated timeframe for resolution from our print partner, we have decided to take additional actions on our end to develop an alternate fulfillment solution in an effort to minimize any further order processing delays.

Next Steps: We are actively identifying all photographers who have current orders awaiting fulfillment.  Once this review has been completed, we will be following up directly with all affected photographers to communicate our plans to immediately fulfill any pending orders and offer guidance in the interim.

We have been informed by our third-party lab partner servicing the UK, One Vision Imaging (OVI), that they are currently experiencing a widespread system issue that is temporarily disrupting order processing. While your clients can still place OVI orders through Zenfolio, those orders will not be processed or produced within the normal timeframe.
