Latency in event exports

The issue is now fully resolved and all delayed event exports have finished processing. We continue to monitor the ongoing event exports to ensure stability. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The queued hourly exports have been re-processed and new exports are now processing without any latency. We are now re-processing the queued daily exports and will notify teams when complete.

The backlog of errored files has been cleared and new exports are now processing. We are now re-running the the errored exports and will notify teams when complete.

The root cause has been traced to an infrastructure update for our dynamic scaling service; this update has now been rolled back. The update caused some event exports to error out which is blocking subsequent export files from generating. We are working to clear the errored files to ensure new hourly & daily export files are able to process. Once new export files begin processing, we will re-run the missed exports.

Zeta Marketing Platform is currently experiencing some latency in event exports. We confirm there is no impact to event processing, campaign delivery or any other services. We are working diligently to resolve this issue and restore normal functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide ongoing updates on the progress made.
