Elevated HTTP 11200 Errors Impacting Webhook Requests

This incident has been resolved and Platform Webhooks are operating normally at this time.

Engineering teams have thoroughly reviewed current service performance and confirmed that no customers should have experienced any errors since 4 February. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

We are currently investigating an increase in HTTP 11200 errors, which indicate a failure to retrieve responses from customer Webhooks. Our engineering teams are actively working to identify the root cause and mitigate the impact. Customers may experience delays or failures in Webhook processing as we continue our investigation. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
