We are aware of and currently investigating an issue with the ZoomInfo ReachOut extension when running over LinkedIn Sales Navigator pages. Specifically, the contacts matched to in ReachOut may show as "undefined" rather than the full ZoomInfo profile. Please know our Engineering teams are working hard to resolve these issues and get everything up and running as soon as possible.
