Our third party vendor is continuing to experience downtime. Users may still continue to experience intermittent issues across ZoomInfo products during this time.

Additionally, users attempting to contact ZoomInfo Customer Support will be temporarily unable to chat with a live agent during this time. Users can still contact support via email or phone, and are able to chat with our AI Chat Assistant as expected.
