The incidents were characterized by web and API service unavailability, with three major outages occurring on December 11th, 14th, and 16th. Each of these lasted approximately 30-35 minutes. A minor performance degradation incident affecting web and API services occurred on December 22nd and was resolved in about 14 minutes.
